01Acceptance of the terms

By using the Sarte Global website or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, we ask that you do not use our website or place an order.

02Our services

Sarte Global provides digital services such as websites, online stores, design, SEO and online marketing. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and rates of each engagement are set out in a separate quote, statement of work or master agreement, which prevails over these general terms in the event of any conflict.

03Accounts and responsibilities

When we provide you with credentials, dashboards or accounts as part of an engagement, you are responsible for keeping them secure and for activity under those accounts. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate laws or the rights of third parties.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or disrupt normal operation.
• Distribute malware, spam or other harmful content.
• Impersonate someone or misrepresent your affiliation.

05Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, imagery, logos, code and design — is owned by Sarte Global or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

For client engagements, ownership of delivered work is governed by the engagement agreement. By default, we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and methods.

06Payment and billing

Rates, billing schedule and currency are set out in the relevant quote or statement of work. Invoices are due on the date stated on the invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late payment may incur statutory interest.

07Warranties and disclaimers

Our website is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. For client engagements, we warrant that services are performed in a professional and workmanlike manner; the warranties expressly stated in the engagement agreement are the only warranties we give.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sarte Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event.

09Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold Sarte Global and its team harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms, improper use of the website or violation of any right.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time if we believe you have breached these terms. Termination of a client engagement is governed by the relevant agreement.

11Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sarte Global is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes are submitted exclusively to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a binding agreement provides otherwise.
